What happens next
- Someone reads it. One of the team, not an automated queue, checks what you have sent and whether we need anything else to price it.
- We come back within one working hour. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm. [CONFIRM] Enquiries that arrive outside those hours are picked up first thing the next working day.
- We confirm the details and give you a fixed price. Property use, approximate floor area, number of units and who holds the keys. Travel is included, so the figure does not move after the survey.
- We book the survey and arrange access. If the property is tenanted or managed, we contact the occupier or keyholder directly rather than leaving you to coordinate it.
- Your certificate is lodged within 48 hours of the visit and emailed over, with a plain-English explanation of the rating. Most jobs run 2–3 working days end to end.
