We deal with the vendor, the tenant and the keyholder directly, keep your branch informed, and lodge within 48 hours so the listing goes live.
Three quick steps — about 40 seconds.
Fixed price by 9:30am on Monday
The EPC is never the hard part — arranging it is, and that admin lands on your desk rather than the assessor’s.
You book an assessor. The vendor does not answer. The tenant works shifts. The keyholder is a managing agent two counties away. The assessor turns up to a locked door, and now you are rebooking, apologising to the landlord and explaining to a vendor who was promised the listing would be live on Thursday. Multiply that across a branch’s worth of instructions and the EPC becomes a job in itself.
Worse, you are in the middle of every conversation. The assessor tells you one thing, the occupier tells you another, and nobody is talking to anybody except through you.
Every hour your negotiators spend chasing an assessor is an hour not spent listing, valuing or progressing a sale.
Give us the address and a contact number and we take it from there. Our coordinator speaks to the vendor, tenant or keyholder, agrees a time that genuinely works for them, and confirms it. No messages relayed through your branch, no second-hand availability, no guesswork about which set of keys.
You get one named contact who knows your branch, your volumes and how you like to work. Not a ticket queue, not a different coordinator every time, and not a national call centre reading from a script about a property nobody has seen.
You are copied on the booking confirmation, told when the survey is done and sent the certificate the moment it is lodged. You see everything and arrange nothing. If a vendor rings you asking where their EPC is, you already know the answer.
When access fails, we chase it — same day, directly with the occupier, and we tell you what has happened and what we have rebooked rather than leaving you to discover it. Because we confirm access directly in the first place, it happens far less often. [CONFIRM: re-attendance charging policy for partner accounts.]
Certificates are lodged on the government register within 48 hours of the survey, with the whole process typically running 2–3 working days from instruction. Your listing is not waiting on us.
One consolidated invoice per month covering every instruction, with a statement showing property, date and reference. No per-job payment links, no card details taken from vendors, no reconciliation headache for your accounts team.
Our partner programme is built around how much you instruct, not how big your brand is. A two-office independent instructing steadily gets the same service as a corporate — the tiers simply reflect volume, and you move up automatically as your instructions grow.
Everything is on a rolling basis. There is no contract to sign, no minimum commitment and no penalty for a quiet quarter. If the service is not better than what you have now, you stop using it.

Not sure which fits? Call 03330 410 483 and we will recommend one. Discount levels are agreed on volume — ask for a rate card.
[CONFIRM: discount percentages, volume thresholds and any priority-booking commitments attached to each tier.]
If you manage blocks, estates or a portfolio, the economics change in your favour. Multiple units at one address, or clustered across a town, are assessed in a single mobilisation and priced accordingly.
Send us a schedule of your stock and we will tell you what is expiring when, what it costs to renew, and the most efficient order to do it in. For portfolios with a MEES exposure, we will flag the properties that need attention first rather than working alphabetically.
We work from Nottingham across the East and West Midlands, South Yorkshire and down the corridor to London. If you have branches across several of those areas, one account covers all of them. Check your postcodes on the areas we cover page.
Yes, and we would prefer to. Pass us a name and number with the instruction and we handle access from that point. You are copied on everything so nothing happens without your branch knowing.
Appointments depend on the area and the occupier’s availability, which is usually the real constraint rather than ours. Once surveyed, the certificate is lodged within 48 hours. Flag an instruction as urgent and partner accounts get priority on the diary.
No. There is no contract, no minimum and no tie-in. Tiers are based on what you actually instruct, reviewed as your volumes change.
We will tell you and the landlord plainly what the rating means for lettability, and set out what would realistically move it. If improvement works are needed, we can turn the recommendations into a costed plan — see improving your EPC rating.
Call or send the quote form. We confirm the type, size and access, then give you a fixed price and the earliest survey date.
One point of contact arranges access directly with the owner, tenant or keyholder. No chasing from your end.
We measure the building and gather the evidence needed for an accurate rating, rather than relying on worst-case defaults.
Your certificate goes on the national register and lands in your inbox, typically within 48-hours of the visit, with plain-English advice on the rating.
Call, email or send the quote form. One point of contact from enquiry to certificate.
