R2G completes EPC and MEES reporting project for Indurent
EPC GO is pleased to announce the completion of a package of EPC assessments and MEES advisory reports for Indurent, covering 14 industrial units across its portfolio.
The project included a combination of base EPC assessments and targeted MEES reports. R2G’s bespoke MEES reports set out the most effective route to achieving compliance with prospective Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards, combining consideration of lease events, occupier requirements, capital outlay, and the physical characteristics of each site.
This work supports Indurent’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality rental spaces for its occupiers, while helping to ensure its assets remain aligned with current and future energy performance requirements.
By combining compliance-focused assessment with practical improvement advice, EPC GO provided clear, actionable guidance on the steps required to improve energy performance and support long-term asset resilience. EPC GO is proud to have supported Indurent on this project and looks forward to continuing its work as an EPC partner, supporting the team as Indurent continues to grow and manage its portfolio.
“EPC GO provided clear and practical guidance throughout the project, helping us assess current EPC performance and understand the most effective routes to MEES compliance. Their team were responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.”
